The word “corporation” doesn’t have the greatest connotation in this country. But for some reason, corporate Twitter accounts are some of the best out there.
They’re so good, but not necessarily because of the jokes; it’s more something about the fact that these ridiculously savage tweets come from avatars that represent the brands we’ve known for years – some, almost all our lives. I don’t usually think of these brands as all that funny –moreso boorrring. But a surprisingly solid amount of companies have found success through more risqué marketing on Twitter than they can pull off on TV.
